HORISON features old favourites like Somebody Cried for the Lion as well as Liela’s song for Oppikoppi, and for Cassiem, magically arranged by Peter Auret; beautiful sound from guitar masters Anton Lamour, Jonathan Crossley and Louis Mhlanga; Cesare Cassarino on bass; and cover design by Tennant McKay designers, whose Hilton Tennant was responsible for the legendary Oppikoppi Bushveld Blast poster.

Horison was launched in Irene, Pretoria on Wednesday, 30 October with Andries “Roof” Bezuidenhout as MC and in Johannesburg on Thursday, 31 October with Lila Bosman as MC. Both events featured vintage video and a photo montage professionally produced by Jacques du Preez of Provantage.
